Solvent-free, high-gloss, transparent and fast-reacting two-component polyaspartic-based reactive resin system for surface protection systems in industrial flooring.
For priming mineral substrates and as a broadcast coat for decorative flakes or coloured quartz sand. Suitable in combination with DesignCoat TE 2K Thixotropic Agent Epoxy for rapid bonding of guide rails, and in combination with quartz sand for the preparation of reactive resin mortars.
Consumption
as primer approx. 0.3 - 0.4 kg/m² on mineral substrate As a broadcast coat: approx. 0.4–0.5 kg/m² for broadcasting decorative flakes or Colorit quartz sand. As a coarse mortar: approx. 2.5 kg/m² per cm, mixing ratio: up to 1:8, quartz sand (QS) 0.063–3.5 mm. As a scratch coat on small areas: approx. 0.7 kg/m² per mm at a mixing ratio of 1:1 to 1:2 with quartz sand (QS) 0.1–0.2 mm / 0.1–0.5 mm / 0.3–0.8 mm.
